Birthday celebration

First of all, thanks to those who have send me sms to wish you birthday and even those belated birthday wishes. THANKS!!!

Anyway, I took one day off on my birthday this year, which is the first time I took leave on my birthday since I start working. Calv actually asked me to, even though he didn't took leave to accompany me. Muahahaha... Anyway, I still got some AL to spare, so why not?

So, what did I do on my birthday? Note: It was dark friday which coincides with my birth date this year.

I have a good beauty sleep and woke up to have a girls' day out with mum, SIL and Alexia. We went for spa which we got the vouchers from mum. All 3 of us went to different treatments though. Haha...

I will let the pictures do the talking.

My lovely Alexia, who was forced to give me 3 wet kisses this morning for my birthday (her saliva). I just took my bath after the spa, this is a picture of me - raw.

Chicken rice for birthday lunch. Hehe

Eventually, I met up with Calv at night to celebrate my birthday. He actually came a bit earlier to meet up. We watched 2012 middle-side row at GSC signatures after dinner, not bad huh, considering how long the queues and pre-booking were made.

Photobucket

Celebrated in Tony Roma's. Got my free "birthday cake". The staffs sing me a birthday song, I got to blow a candle. The staffs disappear in a second too. F1 speed! Haha

Photobucket

A close up of the cake and the postcard from Tony Roma's. Get to have a free dessert next time around visiting Tony Roma's with that postcard.

The one & only picture we took together.

3 more days =)

Life's been simple, routine & happy lately. Family, a bundle of joy & a loving bf complete my life for now. Hopefully I will be continously contented with my life.

My simple, routine & happy life revolves:
Everyday after work, quickly rush home, had my dinner and then spend time with my little niece. Even though she is just 5 months old, she is a very bright kid. Her favourite playmate is me (obviously, as I am the youngest member in the family after her), the one who does all the stupid noises & actions to keep her smiling & laughing.

Last week, she learns to turn over, but still trying to polish her skills, as most of the time her other arm is trapped below her body.

Last week, I manage to carry her and make her fell asleep. And so far every night during the weekdays I manage to do that *proud* Mum said that she and I only lack of breast milk, else, we are rather qualify to take care of her already. Hahaha....nah, not true, I still have not bathe her yet.

Mum is still around helping out in taking care of the baby, but mostly to oversee the renovation of our new house. It iss a long process, which my mum have been sacrificing a lot of time & effort and poor daddy have to be alone in Vietnam working at the moment. I wish things can fasten up & goes smoothly.

Since mum is around, I only spend one day each weekend with my bf. Well, strictly speaking, it would only be consider half a day. Well, it's weekend, so we wake up naturally and we stay from one end to another end (so much precious time wasted on the road), so it's just for half a day. Basically, it's movie day, hahaha, since both of us enjoy watching movies a lot.

I used to hear people say that a relationship that revolves around technology is not good. For example, watching too much tv will cut down communication. Well, it depends. I realised that people have book clubs which they discuss after reading a book, instead, we have a movie club which we discuss after the movie. Hehehe, I wonder if he realise that or not.

He loves to watch horror, thriller, scary and etc genre of movies. Well, actually he watch almost all kinds of movie. I have to admit I have guts of a pea, I do not watch horror movie alone. I bet he can tell you all kinds of so-called "cute" actions of mine - before, during and after a horror movie.

I especially enjoy how we create an environment for our at-home movie set-up. Hehehe... One of a kind =)

Okay, I will get off this topic... And for now, I am looking forward for.....

3 more days =)
I am looking forward as I am taking a day off on Friday to spend time with mum, SIL and baby and at night for my surprise. WUKAKAKAKAKA..... If you are reading this, PLEASE BE PRESSURE *grins*

For her, who is in a relationship with a guy of another race...

For him, who is going to confess to a girl...

For her, who is hoping that the guy who she never knows get to know her...

For him, who is planning to start a business soon...

Besides effort, time, money and etc.... We are need luck in getting things done. So, GOOD LUCK!!!

Two-headed snake vs Manipulator

Does it makes a differences?

I don't know, but they are equally disgusting.

There are these people who appears as a person in front of you, and another in front of another person (or/and another person or/and another person or/and etc). They specialize in making up stories to create gossips and troubles for the amusement of themselves. These people likes to compare, to insult, to manipulate, to tai chi away and etc. The worse is they will completely look innocent and push away everything when problems arise. Why would people claim to be one's friend ("true friend" some more), and really "act" so nice in front of their "friend" (they should get oscar or golden globe awards), but can bad-mouthed them behind the "true friend"?

Sometimes I think, these people are just selfish and miserable and they have no life but to interfere with others. They would like to see other people suffer to make themselves feel better for their miserable life.

Arrggghhhhh... these people makes you wanna throw up.

However, due to circumstances, sometimes we cannot avoid these kind of people. But we have to accomodate them for the sake of others.

I just hope that what a person told me before "you are who you mix with" would not be in this case. Thus, minimum involvement with this kind of species is what I would practise for my wellbeing. Hahaha...

And you think this is the priviledge for those pretty, cute, sexy or slim girl or the handsome, charming, interesting or fit guy? NO, dun judge a book by its cover! As humans we stereotype people and judge people by its cover. But sometimes these people will use their "unpriviledged" to their priviledge. This is what I call the geng two-headed snake or manipulator

A series of events

Since the last I blog about my daylight robbery event, the following week two major events happened to me. Even my mum said, "What's with you lately? Such "eventful weeks"".

Let's start with the GOOD event....

I was promoted to AUNTIE status. Well, my SIL gave birth via caesaren on 8th of June at 8:16am to a baby girl. We checked in the hospital early morning at 5:30am. My bro left with my SIL in the first car, whereas my mum followed me in my car later. By the time all the registration and stuffs were completed, my SIL have changed into the surgical clothes and lay on the operation bed at 7am+ waiting for her turn. She was wheeled in around 7:30am for anaesthetic and surgery preparation. The 3 excited human beings were left outside waiting anxiously.

So what we do to kill time? READ NEWSPAPER LAR OF COZ....

The Baby was wheeled out at 8:30am, still covered with placenta. I took a video =) SIL was still in the operation room and we had to wait for another hour for her to complete the operation. My bro and my mum stayed back in the hospital whereas I went to work. YEAH, I HAVE TO GO TO WORK!

The second "MAJOR" event....

On the second day, I had an appointment to have my 2 abnormal growths at both of my thighs checked out. The dermatologist recommended me to get it surgically remove and to test whether it it cancerous or not. I was schedule to do a late evening surgery after work.

I always wanted to be ONLY on the operation table my WHOLE LIFE for LABOUR purposes (that is if I have kids). However, my first time I gave it to the "wide excision" (as indicated on the diagnosis) of these 2 abnormal growth on my thighs. Believe it or not, the surgery took an hour, which is even longer than my SIL's caeasarn birth >_<

I got my local anaesthetic and I have to lie on my stomach for the whole surgery. The injection is the most painful part as the doctor put in the needle and 1#@$@^$%@# TWIST IT ! All together she did that 7 times!!!! After the injection, she starts cutting out my abnormal growth. One of them is as huge as a peanut. Basically, you can feel yourself being cut out, skin being pulled and even stitches performed on you.

You will only feel the pain the next day when you walk with your legs....

The doctor asked me to take 3 days MC as I am adviced to have minimum movement to avoid stretching the wound and speed up the recovery.

After 3 days, I went back to remove my bandage and got my results. It is not cancerous.
*****

After 2 weeks, I went to take my replacement IC this morning. I look like a GHOST in the picture... My face is totally white and only my eyes and the lips were visible. The eyebrows and the nose is merely detectable... and the hair looks totally yellowish brown... Hahaha... it looks like a fading picture >_<

I am hoping more peaceful life....

My insomnia is haunting me again for the past 1-2 weeks....
